Do You Think Moral Relativism Is Responsible for the Chaos of Current Ethics?
Joanna Lumley says moral relativism is a view that allows you to put topics on the table. She thinks it's kind of inevitable that if you have these massive crises in a quite absolute moral order, then you're going to have this swing of the pendulum. And I always think of Blake in this, and Blake's quite interesting because he, in the 1790s, hates the moral order for aligning itself with child labor. He doesn't mean your old good and evil. He means actually that good is rebelling against the moral order.
