The Importance of Concepts in Deepening Our Understanding of Reality
When we're in the world of concept, we get fooled into seeing the permanence of things. You see a tree today, a tree tomorrow, a tree the next day. We don't connect with the fact that the actual reality is in constant change. If we're attached to that which is changing, we suffer. It's like being attached to summer. How do you feel in winter? When we drop into the physical sensations, whether it's a touch of seeing, of hearing, of smelling, it doesn't matter,. when we're on the level of experience, we see that change is happening momentarily.
