Overtraining and Thyroid Dysregulation

If you work out a lot and your thyroid is low, you will not lose weight because your body won't turn up the thermostat. We also have overtraining which can increase your ability to hold fat. If you eat after the sun goes down, it makes you fatter than if you eat when the sun is up. There are so many people there who feel really guilty about eating nutritious food like grass fed meat or eggs.
