Can the Hydrogen Production Tax Credit Put Battery Storage Out of Business?

Will the hydrogen production tax credit put battery storage out of business? The res wll have to allicate those tax credits to manufacturers and there's a ten billion dollar cap on the aplication total, but four billion of that is supposed to be dedicated to energy communities. Can you really combine all three of those? Some someo a some omonors and manufactures are asking now, is this really true?
