I'll send you this til you see it as a poem. That's so beautiful. I mean, if i heard the word equanimity long ago, i'd have thought, that's really bizarre. We're not avoiding pain because some thing's just hurt. But we're holding it in a way that it's almost like when i said earlier, the awareness is stronger than the visitor um. It's like the love is stronger than the pain even, you know. And and then we can really be with things in a very, very different way. Yes, at is good for us.
