How to Scale a Property Portfolio to a Significant Level

If you want to manage your own properties and are ready for that, then sure. But keep in mind, taking on a job essentially is like building any other business. In my case, for my inianapolis property, i'm not managing that myself. That's pretty far away. I don't have a tonne like contractor connections down there. It just wouldn't make a lot of sens for me to manage that remotely. And i also have the added goal, like i still rented out my property down the street because i don't want to deal with the day-to-day.
