"Franchising ultimately doesn't work if you don't have kind of the paint by numbers step by step, which sometimes can be very difficult for organizations to kind of implement" Give yourself enough time to prove out the model: If it's not easily transferred, if knowledge isn't easily transferred, then you probably don't have a business that can be franchised. You definitely want to have a few great proofs of concepts and validators in the market before you go too quickly.
