A strong Yuan is bad for China because, as we all know, their entire economy is export driven and export driven to the West. And what's happening to the Western consumer? Well, so far, they've held up. But as we're in a competition with the world central banks to see who can out-hawk each other,. So that's not going to hold, that's my opinion. As the Western consumer starts to really buckle, I think China will have serious pressure to devalue their Yuan.
