Vipassana is a form of meditation where you focus on your breath. Do you think that's relevant or helpful with regard to your practice? Well we did the pointing experiment, which is pointing back at you, the looker and saying there's nothing here. So all of that is the view out. The view in is into no content. There isn't an opposition between them. But I say don't overlook the view in. It's interesting, it helps me, yes, deeper and deeper relaxation from that. And so it's very, it's not, it helps you with all these things. Yeah, I did.
