Is There a Difference Between Fish Oil and Fish Oil Caps?

Eating fish studies have shown consistently that eating a couple of three servings, you know, three ounces of fish two, three times a week is really helpful. You can lower triglycerides some with higher dose fish oil, but even that hasn't been shown to reduce your heart attack rate. Try to get away from the highly processed carbs and try to get more fiber and fruits and veggies in your diet. The flash frozen things can be very good, both fruits and vegetables.
