The media strategy, the comms' strategy is a bit of an afterthought. It's about understanding that after a few days, this case has national attention. And I'm not sure they were prepared for that. In some senses, it's led to lots of calls. They've been inundated with these conspiracy theorists and nosy people causing a nuisance in the village. But you see, this is where there could be a potential problem. You can't necessarily separate the operational from theComms' immediate strategy.
