The Disentanglement of Institutions Under Socialism
I'm obviously not suggesting that institutions like prisons are caring in the sort of positive way. I think it's interesting to try and disentangle that so we can get a disentangle what we want caring institutions to do under socialism from what they do. The trend in the United States is precisely to catch up in a way to have Britain as a form of social control you know with talking with like, you know, not quite far from around it now is Ithaca which is one of the places that had voted to abolish the police department.
