Paswell: What would you do to make sure that all farmers used this bundle of technologies in the future? Paswell: I think one of the things that is being suggested is still working progress, helping farmers to learn about the insurance. In these rural settings, with very low incomes, farmers can easily misunderstand the insurance and what it means. Let's hope the people are making that hapen, because this is a very exciting opportunity.
