How Much Is the Current Economic Climate Facing Your Deals?
Fannie and Freddie is just not willing to give any significant LTV at this point. So we've actually been doing a lot of assumption deals recently. The deal we're going into right now is more of a management play. We're doing a debt assumption and just going to manage it a little better reduced expenses expects relatively flat rank growth with the deal still works.
