Right right so I do agree with Dr. Sewam the point that health awareness is deficient in the countryside but there are two perspectives to note here number one the sub center level functionary and I'm not just talking about the mid-level health care provider they have a very crucial role to ensure continuity of care which is one of the pillars of primary health care.
