Don't pass up a good deal in pursuit of a fair deal. Be deliberate and thoughtful. If you've got the right acquirer, the right investor, get the thing closed. Do not let that thing get in the way of a good deal. It doesn't mean don't be mad. Just keep it over there away from your decision making.
