There's absolutely no way she actually makes it out of there. She dies. If there was no plot armor for Julia, she dies in that hole because she can't swim and somehow she's able to reach up and get her hand up and pull herself up. I really did think that this panel, whatever, sealing up this theme was going to like start to warp with all the pressure behind it and just like blow back on her like hot magma.
