Bench Press Workouts - How to Train for a Five K Run

For every rep you do on the bench you get 30 seconds your five k time, up to 30 reps, or 15 minutes. I run three times per week and compete in local five k races. Based on my age, i have to bend 70 % of my body weight, or a hundred and 25 pounds. The first reps are easy, but around 18 or 19, lactega kicks in quickly. Still, i'm still convinced, we're not sure how all this happens.
