Leverage in Investing

Leverage can often have higher returns, or better returns, depending on what it is. If you get the right team, it creates that leverage for you where you're not worrying about stuff. So far, i haven't discovered any tricky way to pay no tax. Some people wll go and live in a sub standard place, but then you're living in a substandard place. And that's that can't be overlooked from my perspective.
