How Do You Measure Word of Mouth?
We really try to be, as i mention, short and sweet on it. You know, we understand people are busy and and want to to be what it gets sort of statistically significant response responses on it. So oftentimes we will survey differently, i based on lek than you're saying, a very clear set of criteria. And then we'll have surveys around, how do you hear about us, so that we understand what marketing channels are working.
