Exercise is an effective treatment that should be made available in primary care of health more often for people with anxiety issues. The thing that bothers me the most about the treatment of mental illness from a medical standpoint is that the antedepressent pills are the first go to. They don't teach you about these simple strategies that you can incorporate into your life and the value of them.
