Worrying to our subconscious feels very productive because it feels like, okay, amazing. We're doing something about this. I've noticed that when I am worried about something, try and just let it go and trust the process does not feel good. It actually feels kind of good to worry. Worry is a way for us to cope with things we don't know how to deal with.
