How to Reduce a Hip on Your Boards
We're not going to get into techniques of reduction here I just want to mention two of them you know it's kind of silly for us to like describe this it's almost like charades. The Alice maneuver is the standing on the bed maneuver. As the hip begins to reduce you can extend the hip and externally rotate it to allow the femoral head to slide back into acetabulum. Isn't it amazing how clear it is when we had to explain things with no video.
