The mind is kind of this incredible tool, but it's also pretty susceptible. If we put a positive aspiration in front of it, it'll mold around that. So I noticed in my mind, it's kind of a dread mind. I've got a lot of doom and dread in there. Sometimes I just had particular moments, I think, well, what's the dread about? Could you put something hopeful in there instead? And it actually does really work.
