How to Dress Up for a Special Occasion

You're in Salt Lake City. It's going to be cold, although by the end of March, could warm up. I just remember people in school all the time who wore shorts year round and I just have so many questions for that person. Okay. So you've got 33 items. Great. And I want to start with the things that you will wear every day, which will be shoes to start. Anything that you anticipate coming up that will be fancy or special occasion?
