Is There a Rationalization of Locations?

The overall population of convenience stores has largely hovered around 150,000 across the US for quite a while. You're going to see two things happen, in my opinion. One is sites that are, as you state, kind of prime real estate,. they're the corner of main and main and there's a need in that neighborhood for a great convenience store.
