The laundry list of our flaws is never easy to listen to, right? Absolutely. So we're going to address some of those challenges with Teresa's help. But Teresa, I want to just sort of lay the groundwork first. I've always thought about giving feedback as one conversation,. but you split it into three categories, appreciation, coaching and evaluation. Are these actually three separate conversations? Why do you think it's important to make distinctions between those?
