Is There a Difference Between White and Asian Employees?
I think that demographics of people we hire are kind of like a typical fan company but just use more Chinese. And I feel like my colleagues who are like especially the non Asian non Chinese ones are a lot more like introverted and not willing to speak up in meetings, which is fascinating because that's the stereotype that Asian people have in America. In Chinese companies it's kind of flipped where most of the most senior leadership ranks are usually Chinese. At the entry level it's much more like international like white or Indian or like Chinese people who can assimilate. Like statistically from like the entry level versus leadership level Asian men and Asian women are the least represented. If you like as leadership.
