The challenges which you articulated go up expedientially as you layer on these different developing country issues. So layer nyou don't have internet, gray ok. Layer too, you don't have a smart phone. Each time you do that, you make it even more and more difficult to help solve the problem. Un, i'm the same why not start with the easy stuff? If your approach actually is a viable way to help and is more effective than what's currently being done then that answers the question, haf, does it work? And then you begin to increment the complexity of the problem you're trying to solve. Yes.
