I Think Putin Will Go, but Not by the Western Leaders?

The west has been disconcerted by realizing that a lot of the global south is neutral, but tryng to think through some of the consequences. The indian government itself has distanced itself from russian concerns about european security architecture more broadly. They have dropped references to russia nato problems, or to legitimate security interest of all parties. And so i don't think you'll see a mody government that will be supportive of excluding russia from the g 20.
