There's also a question of whether the Supreme Court justices are going to be any better in their technical understanding of platforms. I think another question for the cert petition and for the Emmicky is which version of conservatism do you play to? Do you go with the line of thinking that says conservative justices have historically been supportive of property owners against claims of the rabble wanting to come onto their property? Or is there this other line of argument that is somehow about the originalist approach to internet platforms?
