Peter Schiff: The January rally in the stock market was based in large part on the belief that we've seen the worst when it comes to inflation. Inflation peaked at least the way it's measured by the CPI back in June of last year, and it has been improving. He says investors were looking for confirmation of this theory with today's numbers - but they didn't get it.
