What to Say When You Talk to Yourself
If a person does not feel that they're good enough, unappreciated, flawed in character, insignificant, unnoticed, these thinking patterns do not exist while you're in flow. And deep stages of flow, the zone art otalic. If a person thinks of these thinking patterns, they could start behaving in a way where they look around to see what other people are doing. Now if we experience this, no need to shame ourselves. We simply understand that these are thinking patterns that we are identifying with,. and we practise the subconscious mind work.
