Do You Do Multiple Levels for Anesthesia?

A paper by Vishal Apple and his team showed that a single level versus multi-level, they actually got a similar level of dermatomal involvement. So based upon that, I've always done a single level for analgesia. For a week surgery, I do multiple levels, but I don't do as many levels as you. But if it's, you know, back to MFB, we want that maximum fellow benefit.
