Sperm Counts Are Declining

There isn't any consensus out there that having significantly more sperm is better, or that having less sperm is worse. It's really difficult to extrapolate along a line to say that an x % duction in sperm quality will have a y % reduction in fertility. We don't even know what sperm is up to when it's inside the body because we study it in cups. The mao clinic says that a normal sperm count is between 15 and 300 million sperm for every fluid milileter.
