I was reading the classic textbook on positioning is this book by these guys recent trout. It's called positioning the battle for your mind. And I think the hard truth about this is before you are the expert, you're going to suck a lot. The quote was, anything worth doing is worth doing lousy. As long as you just move forward. Like five centimeters forward is better than 10 meters planned that you never went.

Season 2 of the Productea, product-led growth! April is an expert in positioning and she graced me with her presence to talk about it. Turns out we are quite fun together and spilling the tea with her was incredibly fun. She even managed to interrupt me at times.
