The Future of Blackbird

V c funs have traditionally operated, especially in australia, in a very particular way. And that's essentially the way that things have played out. So having a very small company going on to make these investments ofr the last tew years, it's been incredible to see that a blackbird has grown from four to about 60 people. I'm curious to know what led to that inflection point, or that sort of change in thinking and approach,. Where do you so o see the future of blackbird going?
