Why Stocks Are Up

Tech stocks are up on a weird day in April that happens to be up. We're going to offer up three reasons and you can come up with your own. One is that Wall Street, you know, actually saw the companies do all the layoffs. Option two is it's basically a new wave of enthusiasm. And then option three is just as they call it quote unquote the dead cat bounces like, no, it was just like a head fake. It's like all this stock prices are going to fizzle out.
