Designops - Is Design Management Equal to Design Management?
A lot of organizations are still defining what design ups means. There's a misguided attempt to pigeon hole designops into something overly specific. Another myth is that designops has to be a specialized role. And unlike i said, this approach of people who are designers, design managers, maybe taking on design ups accountability can work for some organizations.
