Sally Kohn: I'd be surprised to see if companies actually implement this in less than three months, just because there can be so many considerations and decision points to go through. You start first with the basics, how are we looking at ESG issues and our investment committees? Do we have a portfolio support team equipped with the right ESG knowledge? Have we established that investment mandate? There's some discussions that need to happen to make some decisions around how exactly do you want to implement an ESG strategy.
