Category One Spirits - What Are They?

A category one spirit would be a supreme being above any other kinds of spirits that might exist. A category two spirit would have powers and abilities superior to those that human spirits have, but they wouldn't be supreme. Most pagan gods, like horace or amataseru, would go in this category.
