The Future of Restaurants
We've been able to manage through the pandemic. We got a great plan in place. The pianels, up until call at q one of this year, were as good as they've ever been. And obviously the inflation that we're seeing right now is having some margin deluce of impact on all our pianees. But once again, we're very bowlish a. Staffing is improving. We're seeing workers come back to the restaurants. So despite the cost, our demand is up.
