Every day i write out the thing that i want to accomplish 30 times and and sit in it. ideally i do it right before or right after meditation of 20 minutes so i'm just sitting there 20 minutes letting the time go sitting there. After that's over i'll write out 30 times the thing that I want to happen yeahYeah no ever since you talked to anmaria and had that conversation i've been much more intentional about what i'm doing and how it's appearing to other people which i think actually can be a negative thing in a sense because you can take it too far in like i'm only going to do things that appear a certain way but i've been tapped into
