The World Needs Comprehensive Debt Relief for the Poorest Countries

Larry Summers: I hope Bono is going to get the band together again. The world needs comprehensive debt relief for the poorest countries, and we've got to find a way to do better. This time it's going to be different because a lot of that debt is owed to China. We need to involve them in helping these countries move forward based on an understanding of how they see the issue. That will be necessary and profoundly important for a large number of human lives.
