Instead of taxing income or other sources The government should create a universal land tax Based on the usefulness Size And location of the land Then, after funding the government The leftover money Would be redistributed to the people So it's a half and half way Between like Socialism and capital so what it does is You still You still own your house But if you aren't using like Bass-wast of it You're paying a massive tax.
