Django and Rails: A Micro Framework?

It's perceived to be easier to add on a micro framework, as opposed to Django. Part of it too is these full stack frameworks or these batteries included, they're a little bit all or nothing. You can add Flask to a Rails app if you want to. So that's sort of makes sense to me about part of wife last because so much popularity is it's used in that way and people are less likely to add in Django later on to something.
