The Legal Theory in the Case of Joe Biden

A number of people who are legit are saying, you know, I really don't think the legal theory here holds up or where it's not that strong. But other people say no, if you're familiar with the case law in New York State, in New York City, it's actually very strong. So that debate is happening. That's real. And I have a post up about it on the site kind of, is that okay? Is that a problem that it may not be an iron shut case on the law? I think it is fine.
