The Cognitive Functional Therapy Trial

Cognitive functional therapy isn't the intervention for back pain. It's the broader package and body of work. We first met or at least I first saw Peter at a conference, which was now nearly 20 years ago. And I really didn't see him again until eight years ago. He came to a place that I was working in Denmark and Europe. The other elements that are key for CFT that kind of embody what we would see as evidence based care. But it does it in a very kind of deliberate systematic way with a clear clinical reasoning process and framework.
