The Purpose of Goals
I have generally this policy that when I set goals that I do take immediate action, immediate action. If you decide you're going to do fasting or change your diet, you start immediately the same day. Maybe you can't run now, but go for a walk today. Or if you can run, go for a jog right now today. And it's working. I've cut a little bit of weight. I'm not trying to lose huge amounts, but just a little. So very good stuff, very good stuff.
