The Importance of Lunch Hours

I like the idea of people going to lunch together. Sometimes you just got to step away from the problem and give your brain a chance to reset. Those informal communication lines are sometimes the most valuable. Don't disagree silently, because there's something positive that can come out of you bringing up the topic in an agreeable way, but disagreeing. Even if they don't go your way and you're still a team player, that's a positive reflection on you, right? You didn't agree, but you still came together and did whatever the decided path was. And that is a reflection on how you work as a team.
